    • Users can mark reports as “Urgent Risk” when immediate danger or threats are involved.
    • These are escalated to a dedicated human moderation team within 6 hours.
  3. Follow-Up Process:
    • Users can submit supporting evidence (screenshots, logs).
    • An incident ticket is created and reviewed within 72 hours.
  4. Legal Jurisdiction & Arbitration:
    • All disputes must be settled through binding arbitration in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
    • Class actions are waived per Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.
  5. Liability Disclaimer:
    • Jineteando.com disclaims all liability for any emotional, financial, or physical damages resulting from user interactions, including but not limited to stalking, physical assault, emotional manipulation, sexual violence, or death. Users agree to this limitation of liability under the Terms of Use and waive claims under state tort law unless gross negligence or willful misconduct is proven.
